The following three Services Packages apply only to installed systems that require standard maintenance:

Standard Service Package

Winterization:
1. Turn off the water to the irrigation system
2. Set the automatic irrigation controller to appropriate settings
3. Release pressure in pipes
4. Drain all of the water out of any irrigation components that might freeze.
5. Set controller to “OFF” setting

System will be left with a guarantee against freeze damage until the following Spring Turn-On.

De-Winterization: (Spring Turn-On):
1. Flush out Irrigation system
2. Check system for clogged emitters or nozzles
3. Check for leaking valves
4. Check head operation
5. Adjust heads if needed
6. Check controller for proper run times for each station

Homeowner will be advised of any necessary repairs or modifications needed.
(Additional repairs will be charged on a Time & Materials basis.)

Lawn Irrigation ● Landscape Lighting

We use top brand irrigation and lighting products like Rain Bird, Kichler, Hunter, and Hadco.

Plus Service Package

Includes services in Standard Service Plan as well as a Performance Evaluation which includes two evaluations of the Irrigation system to be carried out in June & August.

• Inspection of the system
  
• Check head adjustments
  
• Reprogram controller if needed

Homeowner will be advised of any necessary repairs or modifications needed.
(Additional repairs will be charged on a Time & Materials basis.)

Premium Service Package

(Available only for previous installations less than eight years old. Systems installed by others may be accepted after a thorough inspection.) 

Includes services in Standard Service Package and Plus Service Package as well as two additional performance evaluations. One evaluation per month carried out in June, July, August and September.

Package includes:

• Replacement of any defective parts (deductibles & exclusions apply)
  
• Repair of Leaks (deductibles & exclusions apply)
  
• Priority Scheduling for all repairs, winterization & de-winterization (Spring Turn-on). Does not include Saturday service.

Payment for additional services due upon completion of service.

For Premium Service Plan ONLY:

Deductibles Per Occurrence on jobs done by T.W.A. Irrigation:

• A deductible will apply to all heads, valves, rain sensors, main & lateral line leaks.
  
• A deductible will apply to controllers, main water connection & manifold leaks.

Exclusions:

• Any damage caused by others
  
• Any pumps or pump related controls
  
• Pre-existing freeze damage or any needed repairs
  
• Any modification to existing system to improve coverage such as raising, moving and adding heads or zones.
